The first track is Excellence in Digital Services

This track focuses  on developing digital services provided to beneficiaries of citizens and  businessmen, employing the user journey methodology and simplifying and  facilitating access mechanisms for services, information and data through the  use of digital channels.

The  initiative aims to organize a laboratory that includes a specialized group of  government institutions in cooperation with the private sector to work  centrally on reviewing and classifying government service procedures and  simplifying them and improving their processes to enhance the user experience  from the beginning to the end, regardless of the government entity that  provides the service.
