Community participation and awareness enhancement in e-services

This approach  focuses on enhancing e-participation and improving communication and  cooperation between the government and the citizen/beneficiary in order to  provide citizen-centered e-services, achieve community contribution in  service design, simplify procedures, formulate policies, and make decisions  related to e-government. It will also improve the results of the Yemen  e-Services Development and Participation Index within the United Nations  e-Government Survey issued by the United Nations Committee on Economic and  Social Affairs, and this track will also contribute to the design of digital  tools that help the government bridge the digital divide and promote  e-participation in various sectors
